Why do this course?

As per the New Education Policy 2020 it is mandatory for every teacher to undergo an in-service training every year. The National Curriculum Framework 2023 Draft has laid great emphasis on empowering the teacher and the whole school environment for not just physical and cognitive but also Socio-Emotional and value and disposition development of the child. 

Also, due to the complexities of the 21st century. Imagine a situation where the teachers are equipped with the right tools to handle to problems & difficulties of the child and can partner with their students as mentors and guides.
